Your access to the Site can also be blocked in the following cases: you do not any longer meet any of the conditions which compliance is necessary to access the Site; you violate the Rules, in particular if you place the information of obscene, discrediting or offensive character on the Site; you addressed us with the requirement to close your access to the Site.
The BUZZAAR company reserves the right to refuse in registration of a new Participant without explaining any reasons for that.
To become a participant of the Site and to use the Site services including the opportunity to participate in advertizing campaigns of the BUZZAAR company, you need to be registered on the Site and to comply with all obligatory requirements specified in these Rules.
You can use the Site with the help of a login and the password which are personal and must not be passed to other persons. You agree to observe confidentiality of your login and password, as their joint use constitutes your electronic signature. In accordance with applicable legislation, the fact of any action taken by you on the Site after the log in to the site is recognized as electronic document equivalent to document on paper medium, signed by your own signature, as this signature is made by means of of a login and password use, and confirms the fact of formation of the electronic signature by a particular person.
Having been registered on the Site you get permanent access to the Site and you become the Site users. Only persons who reached 18 are allowed to visit and/or use the Site. At any moment you have the right to address with the requirement to stop sending you such information using the link "Unsubscribe" in the letter you received.
The choice of Participants for a certain Promotion can be done only by the BUZZAAR company on the basis of parameters indicated by the Participants in a profile (demographic characteristics, interests, age and sex, etc.) and their statistical activity. Notices on participation in the Promotion are sent to Participants by e-mail indicated at registration.
To become a Participant of a certain Promotion, you need to accept the corresponding Rules of the Promotion published on the Site on the page of the Promotion, and to comply with the obligatory requirements specified in them.
The BUZZAAR company has the right to reward the Participants on the basis of their activity in carried-out Promotions. The reward of the Participants is defined depending on the Promotion in which they take part. Types of the rewards are defined by the BUZZAAR company. The BUZZAAR company keeps regular communication with the Participants. The BUZZAAR company also publishes certain information on the Site, conducts periodic research and polls among the Participants.
In order to encourage Participants BUZZAAR and third parties of BUZZAAR company shall have the right to award Participants bonus points that have no cash value, can not be exchanged for cash and are not transferable. The number of bonus points awarded for the event is indicated on the Site. Number of bonus points may be different and is set by the BUZZAAR and third parties of BUZZAAR company on their own, including individual order. BUZZAAR and third parties of BUZZAAR company may at any time modify the program of bonus points, expand or restrict it.
The participants who take part in advertizing campaigns of the BUZZAAR and/or advertizing campaigns of BUZZAAR company’s third parties must provide personal information (full name, date of birth, sex, mail address, E-mail address, phone number, mobile phone number, marital status and family composition, occupation, number of the main identity document, information on the date the document was issued, and the issuing authority, information about accounts in social networks, interests and hobbies, preferences, goods and service, in certain cases – a copy of your main identity document pages, containing a surname, a name and a middle name, a signature, a birth date and birth place, data on issuing the document, and also the number and series of the document of the Participant with the owner’s photo covered in any possible way). Such data are accepted in the form of the scanned copy of the passport in the formats jpeg, jpg, gif. The scanned copies of the main identity document pages must be clear and not subject to processing by any way for information distortion (except the photo). The BUZZAAR company and/or BUZZAAR company’s third parties have the right to reject the provided copy of the main identity document pages when the copy quality does not allow us to read the specified data, if data do not correspond to the data specified at registration of the Participant on the Site or if we have doubts concerning the authenticity of the presented copy. At the same time the way and the form of providing the main identity document copy can be separately specified in the Rules of the certain Promotion. Some personal data of Participants are publicly available for other users of the Site, and registering on the Site, the Participant makes the provided personal data publicly available on its own and at his/her consent.

The personal data obtained from the Participants is put by the operator into a specially protected database.
On the Site the Participants put their personal information independently.
Processing of personal data is carried out by the organizer of advertising campaigns** independently, unless otherwise is stipulated by the rules of the campaign, or may be transferred to the operators based on the agreement on the condition of confidentiality preservation.
The Participant has the right to obtaining data on each operator, on a place of his location, if the operator possesses personal information related to a corresponding participant, and also to study such personal information both in writing (through a corresponding inquiry containing a number of the main identification document of the Participant or his lawful representative, data on the date of issue of the specified document and the body which issued it, and also the handwritten signature of the Participant or his lawful representative) and in an oral form by means of telecommunication.
The BUZZAAR company and the third parties of the BUZZAAR company who have access to personal data shall provide its confidentiality according to the procedure established by the law.
Personal information of the Participant is stored in the base till it’s withdrawn by the Participant or during the term established by the current legislation.
To withdraw or specify the data you should send an e-mail to:buzz@buzzaar.eu indicating your full name and address. In case you withdraw your consent, the BUZZAAR company and/or the third parties of the BUZZAAR company stops processing personal information and destroys it within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receiving a withdraw request.
If any provision of these Rules or the following Policy of confidentiality turns out to be invalid, illegal or its application is impossible for any reasons, such provision is considered separately from these Rules or Policy of confidentiality and does not influence in any way on validity and applicability of any other provisions. The BUZZAAR company signs these Rules and Policy of confidentiality on its behalf. Respectively, the BUZZAAR company is the owner of all benefits provided by these Rules. The BUZZAAR company reserves the right to seek any security measures according to the law or on the basis of the right of justice in case of your violation of these Rules or Policy of confidentiality.

Also during the campaigns representatives of the BUZZAAR company will keep contact with you.
At registration as a Participant, you agree to receive such kind of information.
We can address you with a question whether you wish to receive the information on products provided by other companies who are members of our group of companies. Only those participants who unambiguously expressed such a wish will receive such information to their e-mail address. If we are not sure about your wishes and preferences, we can address you for an explanation. We also give our participants an opportunity to reject obtaining electronic messages and other information sent by our company at any time.
The BUZZAAR company does not bear any responsibility for products advertized on our Site. To deliver information we can also use the lists received from the third parties of the BUZZAAR company or our participants, and we can exchange names and addresses (except for e-mail addresses which cannot be provided without a consent of the owner of the address) of our participants with other companies which can address you by mail. You can reject further messages sent by our companies at any time.
According to the general practice in different spheres of commercial activity, we can receive and use the e-mail lists of potential participants. We respect your requirements on termination of mailshots and getting such lists of potential participants we always ask to provide us the information only about those participants who expressed a desire to receive the offers on participation in advertizing campaigns by e-mail.
The information collected in the course of the carried-out Promotions can be transferred to the clients of the BUZZAAR company and/or the third parties of the BUZZAAR company. Therefore, registering on the Site you allow the BUZZAAR company to transfer this information to its Clients and/or the third parties of the BUZZAAR company.
You confirm that you provide the BUZZAAR company the right to process, including but not limited to collecting, storage, use and cross-border transfer of your personal data provided by you during advertizing or other campaigns or otherwise, to enable the BUZZAAR company or the third parties of the BUZZAAR company to contact you concerning advertizing campaigns, including through telecommunication networks, including texting and e-mail.
Personal information is used exclusively by us and our employees, branches, agents, business partners or the third parties of the BUZZAAR company which help us to support operation of this Site, provide the Site content, information on the products and services that allows to satisfy your inquiries as well as to provide you with higher quality of services according to the principles of our policy if it is not specified otherwise in this policy. The employees who have access to personal information passed all necessary training. The third parties of the BUZZAAR company comply with the instructions on ensuring confidentiality of your personal information. They use this information according to our requirements and have no right to use this information for any other purposes. We reserve the right to use or disclose any personal information if it is required to comply with any law, rule or official inquiry, for carrying out investigation of the consumers’ claims or possible violations of the law, protection of the site privacy, fulfillment of your requirement or assistance to any judicial investigation.
For all of the Promotions that are carried out on the Site, there is the rule, which does not allow participating in the testing of similar products of different brands. For example, if the agent has been or is a Participant of the Promotion in category "Toothpaste", he can not be confirmed to participate in the Promotion in the same category. Such limitation shall apply on a regular basis and allows the Promotion organizers deny participation without explanation.
If you have any restrictions on participation in the Promotion (for example, due to medical conditions), you must refrain from participating in a particular Promotion, otherwise the BUZZAAR Company under no circumstances is liable for the consequences of your choice to participate in the Promotion.
